Camp and Clubs Sessions 2024

Registration is now CLOSED
  Spring Break 2024
March 25 - March 29, 2024

There are 3 different, 2-3 day classes, a hackathon and the Robotics Club - Ages 9 - 17

Spring Break Classes are held:
Monday - Friday - 10am - 3pm
3 class options (each session is 3 days)

1 hackathon
Robotics Club (existing members)

Spring Break Classes Cost - $150/3 days
Hackathon - no cost

Fall 2024 and Winter Classes 2025
October 2024 - February 1, 2025

Classes to be decided.  Ages 9 - 17

Fall and Winter Classes are held:
Saturdays, 10am to 3pm


Fall and Winter Classes Cost $325/5 week session
 - 20% discount on classes if:
 - register for 2 or more classes
 - refer another student

Registration will open in September, 2024.

Summer Classes 2024
June 3 - August 2, 2024

Variety of summer classes.  Ages 9 - 17

Summer Classes are held:
Monday - Friday - 10am - 5pm

 
Summer Classes Cost - $325/week

Clubs Start in October:

Explorer/Apprentice Camps Requirements - See Explorer/Apprentice Camp Class Descriptions

  1. Submit the application.
  2. Parent and student attend a zoom meeting to discuss expectations.
  3. Parent and student attend an in-person orientation to determine interest level and eligibility.

 Selected students will be notified on or before the class starts.

Engineering Camps/Clubs Requirements - See Engineering Camp/Club Class Descriptions

  1. Complete the application.
  2. Student write a statement explaining their level of interest in tech and their prior experiences.
  3. Submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or an advisor who has worked with the student.
  4. Schedule and complete an interview with the Camp Director.
  5. Parent and student attend an in-person orientation to determine interest level and eligibility.

Selected students will be notified on or before the class starts.

Application for BYOC Camps and Clubs


Summer Classes are held Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Winter Classes are held Saturdays from 10am - 3pm.

Robotics Club are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm - 7pm and Saturdays from 10am - 3pm.

Complete the form to be considered for a scholarship with BYOC Camps and Clubs


Eligibility for a BYOC Scholarship Include:
- Show Financial Need (free/reduced lunch or some other method)
- Actively Participate in at least 2 BYOC Fundraisers .


There is a $25 application fee to apply payable once we make contact to begin processing.

The Procedure:
- submit the application
- we will schedule a zoom call to discuss and sign up for fundraisers
- make payment of the $25 application fee (cash app, venmo, paypal, cash)
- we inform you if you are awarded before the 1st week of class.
There are full and partial scholarships.

Please tell us about any coding, computer science or technology courses you student has taken at your school, online, or through other organizations.
How committed is your student to attending and engaging in BYOC classes
BYOC requires scholarship recipients participate in at least 2 fund raisers. If not eligible for financial assistance, you can fund raise to receive a scholarship. Are you interested?
